Fence Alarm Notice:

Dear Fence Alarm Users,

We regrettably are informing you that we have to shut down the Fence Alarm service effective as of today. Due to the new enforceable changeover to LTE modems, our current 3G modems will no longer able to operate without this upgrade. We’re aware of the issue and are working on it urgently.

We’re really sorry for this inconvenience and know how important this unit is for you! Please know our teams are working hard to get everything upgraded to the LTE coverage.

We anticipate being ready to upgrade your unit to the new modems in July. This will require you calling our customer service number at 1-800-821-9542.

The upgrade for this unit is $99.00 which includes: shipping the fence alarm returning to us and back out to you, updated software/firmware and new LTE board modem. Any current yearly subscription will continue on.

Again we apologize for this issue and will be ready to quickly turn around your unit with this upgrade in July.
